Marilyn Katsaris Interior Architecture (MKIA) undertook a comprehensive overhaul of this Skiathos island property, executing full interior and exterior renovations that harmonize seamlessly with the natural surroundings. This 12 acre property contains 5 residential buildings.

Within these buildings, elements of stone and wood are present, a nod to the property’s surroundings. Light filters into each room, further marrying the interior with the exterior. The bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully redesigned, melding modern conveniences using natural materials, most notably marble.

The firm's keen eye for design extended to the creation of bespoke furniture pieces and unique textile choices, culminating in spaces that exude warmth and sophistication. Through their approach and commitment to quality, MKIA has revitalized the Skiathos residence, setting a new standard of excellence in interior design.
