Marilyn Katsaris Interior Architecture skillfully undertook the partial renovation of this Palaio Psychiko apartment, showcasing their signature blend of elegance and functionality. The project featured selective-design and refitting of key elements of the house.
The selection of furniture played a pivotal role in the transformation, with each piece carefully chosen to resonate with the overall architectural theme while ensuring comfort and the lifestyle of the client. MKIA excels in integrating bespoke furniture that not only fits the space physically but also complements it visually and functionally.
Textiles were another critical aspect of the renovation, selected for their superior quality and ability to add depth and warmth to the rooms. Plush seating fabrics and elegant draperies were used to frame views and soften acoustics, enriching the living experience.
Decorative accents such as the entrance flooring and the office bookcase were strategically placed to inject personality into the apartment. The end result – a refined residence crafted with careful attention to detail and a clear vision of modern elegance.
