Marilyn Katsaris Interior Architecture has transformed this Filothei apartment through a complete interior renovation, including everything from spacial layout to purchasing and staging.
The process began with ensuring flow from room to room, and then integrating a meticulous selection of furniture while maintaining the architectural integrity of the spaces. Textiles and textures were chosen for their quality and ability to bring warmth and richness to the rooms. From plush fabrics on seating to elegant draperies and paneling, every element was integrated thoughtfully to create a cohesive look.
Playful decorative accents and strategically placed pieces from the owner’s personal collection inject personality and vibrancy bringing the space to life. These elements combined spark interest and conversation, completing this luxurious and unique apartment.
