This 500 square meter project explores the seamless integration of an existing historical structure with a newly constructed contemporary volume. The design approch was guided by respect for the building’s heritage while intoducing a modern architectural language that complements rather than completes.

Careful material selection played a central role in acheiving balance-natural textures and refined finishes bridge the historical character with clean, contemporary forms.Spatial planning was thoughfully developed to enhance flow, functionality, and light, creating a cohesive experience across both old and new elements.

MKIA was responsible for the interior design, material curation, space planning, and furniture selection, ensuring every detail contributes to a unified and timeless result.
